About The Position
Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-focused PET/CT Technologist for a full-time position at its Rosedale location in Fort Worth, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, five 8-hour shifts. The role performs PET and PET/CT imaging in an outpatient setting, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, and supports patient comfort and safety. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- CNMT (NMTCB) and/or ARRT (N).
- Texas Medical Board (TMB) credential.
- Experience as a PET/CT Technologist; the posting describes the candidate as experienced.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET and PET/CT exams, including 3D imaging of organs.
- Prepare, calculate, and inject radioactive tracers (radiopharmaceuticals) to measure metabolic activity and cellular-level changes in tissue.
- Screen, educate, and monitor patients for comfort and safety.
- Insert intravenous catheters and test blood glucose and creatinine levels.
