Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology and/or Radiologic Technology program.
• CNMT or PET certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board OR Registered as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist through American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in Computed Tomography with ARRT or NMTCB.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Providing support to two outpatient mobile PET/CT centers.
• Contrast Administration
• EMR Documentation
• Physician Order Review/ Patient History
• Direct Patient Care
• Image Quality Review for Radiologist Interpretation
• Act as a liaison between Northside Hospital and PET/CT Mobile Staff to ensure the best patient care is provided.
• Work closely with physicians, particularly radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians, to ensure the safe and accurate acquisition of images and data needed for diagnosing and treating diseases.
• Travel to both Northside locations will be required. (NS Macon PET/CT Imaging will be on a weekly basis while NS Village Center Imaging will be bi-weekly basis).
