About The Position
Join Hawks Prairie Veterinary Hospital as a full-time Pet Care Attendant! This position is perfect for someone who loves animals and wants to gain experience in a pet-care environment. You'll be helping to ensure a clean and safe space for our furry guests while interacting with pets and their owners during our evening/closing shift. Requirements

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds easily
Responsibilities
- Care for and supervise animals, including feeding, walking, and providing companionship.
- Clean and sanitize animal areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with animal check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners.
- Lift and manage supplies, equipment, and pets as needed (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds easily).
- Ensure the kennel is ready for closing at the end of the shift.
