We’re looking for dedicated animal lovers ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference. This isn’t just playtime (though there’s plenty of that) – you’ll be providing comfort, safety, and care to pets who rely on us 365 days a year.

Requirements

Reliable & Responsible – Pets depend on us, and we need to depend on you.
Observant – You notice when something’s off with a pup or kitty.
Physically Capable – Able to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet, and work in all weather.
Patient & Kind – Especially with pets who need a little extra TLC.
Team-First – We lift each other up and have each other’s backs.
Flexible Availability – Comfortable working at least one weekend day each week and some holidays to support our year-round care.

Responsibilities

Providing hands-on care to our overnight guests – feeding, monitoring, administering meds, and making sure pets are settled and secure.
Supervising walks and playgroups (yes, fun is part of the job!).
Keeping the boarding facility clean, safe, and cozy – just as important as cuddles.
Checking pets in/out and updating pet parents with genuine, helpful communication.
