Serve as the first point of contact for visiting families and veterinary hospital partners, greeting guests and directing them appropriately. Guide families through the viewing process by answering questions, and providing compassionate, attentive support. Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming client waiting and viewing area at all times. Answer phones and determine whether callers can be assisted directly or routed to the appropriate team member. Contact families and veterinary hospitals to give and receive information as needed. Enter and retrieve information from the company database accurately. Create special orders and follow through appropriately upon arrival. Perform routine clerical tasks including emails, printing, copying, and scanning. Assist in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies. Other duties as assigned.
