This role serves as the first point of contact for visiting families and veterinary hospital partners, greeting guests and directing them appropriately. The specialist will guide families through the viewing process by answering questions and providing compassionate, attentive support. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and welcoming client waiting and viewing area, answering phones, contacting families and veterinary hospitals, entering and retrieving information from the company database, creating special orders, and performing routine clerical tasks. The role also involves assisting in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies, with other duties as assigned.
