Pest Technician - We'll Train! (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus included)
About The Position
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will be responsible for an assigned territory to manage and ensure monthly service on accounts are completed. You will also be required to build new business through sales. High commissions are paid on new business, and bonus money is paid each month on service work completed. A Career as Unique as You! Requirements
- A Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to obtain your Applicator's License

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods
- Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities
- Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines
- Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle
- Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner
- Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site
