Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A high school diploma or GED
Willingness to work Monday–Friday and some Saturdays
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Inspect properties and identify pest issues
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Apply pest control products safely and responsibly
Provide guidance to customers on preventing future infestations
Maintain accurate records and excellent customer service
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
