About The Position
Terminix of the Triad is seeking Pest Control Technicians to protect homes, health, and peace of mind by tackling unwanted pests. This role involves providing pest control services to residential customers, solving problems, offering solutions and selling ongoing services and add-ons, building customer relationships, and being part of a supportive team. The position is commission-based, with earning potential influenced by services completed, sales to new and existing customers, and monthly bonuses.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Minimum 3 years of licensed driving preferred
- Comfortable using an iPad and digital tools
- Self-starters
- Motivated to earn and not afraid of sales
- Excellent communicators with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable crawling under houses and working outdoors
- Organized, tech-savvy, and reliable
- Team players with a positive attitude
