About The Position

We're a local pest control and holiday lighting operation looking for a motivated, well-rounded technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work and love the idea of earning more when you bring value to customers, this one's for you. This position is ideal for somebody that needs extra money and willing to work hard. This position will eventually become full time as the company grows.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders — this is a regular part of the job
• Great attitude and strong customer-facing communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Texas weather
• Background check required

Nice To Haves

• Licensed pesticide applicator a plus — we'll support the right candidate through training

Responsibilities

• Inspect and treat homes & businesses for ants, roaches, mosquitoes, rodents, termites, wildlife and more
• Apply safe, effective treatments and follow up for lasting results
• Assist with professional lighting installation — including rooflines, gutters, and exterior décor
• Build real relationships with customers and represent our brand with professionalism
