Pest Control Technician
About The Position
Plunkett's technicians do more than treat pests; they solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you will manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. Training pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives. This role offers flexibility with setting your own schedule, managing a defined territory, and unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. You will be independent in the field but supported by a strong team and an extensive training program to earn licenses.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
