Pest Control Technician
About The Position
Saela is seeking a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months sales experience required
- Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Customer-focused
- Self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must successfully pass a drug screening
- Must be 18 or over
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator)
- Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections
- Identify pest issues
- Close sales
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections
- Solve customers' pest concerns
- Maintain customer relationships
- Provide strategic recommendations
- Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents
- Identify any pest infestations and come up with appropriate treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with customers about any findings, share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services
