Pest Control Technician (Experienced)
About The Position
As an experienced Pest Control Technician, you won’t be tied to a desk; you’ll be out and about – mobile and independent. You will take the lead in providing routine service to residential and commercial customers on route-based assignments, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each location. You’ll become an expert in applying company products to safely eliminate pests. Pest Technicians serve as problem solvers for customers by utilizing our in-depth training program to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's unique needs. Pest Technicians are trained to identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that provide value to the customer, help with sales to current customers and expand our services to new customers.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently and as part of a crew.
- Encourage a Positive Team Atmosphere & Willingness to Help Other.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine service to residential and commercial customers.
