Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Updated Resume (if available)
• Be prepared for an onsite interview

Nice To Haves

• Previous pest control or route-based service experience is a plus, but paid training is available

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues
• Apply treatments and preventative solutions
• Educate customers on pest prevention and service options
• Document service details using company systems
• Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
