About The Position

Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. As a condition of employment, candidates selected for this position are required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment drug test prior to starting work. We have been a family-owned and operated business since our start in 1964. Over the years, we have grown rapidly, and we now have the privilege of servicing 12 states. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Successfully complete and pass a pre-employment drug test prior to starting work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
  • Search high and low by entering attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
  • Devise and describe a personalized solution.
  • Collect service payments from customers.
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
