Pest Control Technician (No Experience Needed - We Train You)
About The Position
Full-time, stable job working in people’s homes. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you solve real problems and run your own route. We’re looking for someone who: is reliable and shows up ready to work is comfortable working with customers is willing to learn and take ownership over time You’ll run a daily route and visit homes across King County. At each stop, you will: inspect the home and identify what’s causing the pest issue apply treatment safely and correctly explain what’s going on to the customer in simple terms document your work and move to the next stop This is active, physical work. You’ll be: working outdoors in all weather using ladders entering crawlspaces and tight areas working around insects and rodents You’ll be inside people’s homes, often when they’re dealing with a frustrating problem. You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to: stay calm communicate clearly treat people with respect We’ll help you build these skills. You: show up on time and prepared follow through on your work stay organized throughout the day communicate clearly with customers and the team We run a structured, professional operation. You’ll have: clear expectations independence in the field support when you need it
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 21 years or older
- Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials
- Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
- Strong in-person communication skills with customers
- No pest control experience required. We provide training and support to help you obtain your Washington State license.
