About The Position

Mosquito Joe® is seeking a Pest Control Technician who is committed to excellent customer service and passionate about making the outdoors enjoyable. Unlike standard pest control companies, Mosquito Joe® focuses exclusively on outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas, eliminating the need to work in crawl spaces, attics, or scary sheds. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, drive a company vehicle, and stay physically active while helping customers enjoy their outdoor spaces again. Requirements

Ability to lift and carry a backpack weighing 65 lbs.
Ability to walk with a 65 lb. backpack for extended periods.
Ability to tolerate summer heat.
Maintain current and valid state certifications/licenses to service residential and commercial properties.
Possess a commercial pesticide applicator certification/license to enable the business to apply for a pesticide business license.

Responsibilities

Maintain licensing requirements and proficiency to conduct Mosquito Joe services.
Follow the Mosquito Joe process and deliver exceptional customer service as the brand representative.
Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide expert advice and training on outdoor pest control to franchise business owners, field technicians, and customers.
