We’re seeking a Full-time Pest Control Technician who excels in an autonomous outdoor environment, is committed to ensuring customer happiness, is passionate about building relationships, and takes immense pride in a job well done. Requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
- Worked in small teams or trained others in any setting
- Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
- A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
Responsibilities
- Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
- Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
- Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
- Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
- Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
