About The Position

EnviroGuard is a family-owned and operated Pest Control company that started in 2015 with a vision to create a great experience for each and every one of their customers. EnviroGuard is young and growing quickly, so we are looking for individuals who are hungry for personal growth. As we grow there is plenty of room for team members to expand their roles and climb within the company. We will teach you everything you need to know about pest control and help you get your license through the state if you do not already have it. A big part of your job is dealing with customers, so enthusiasm and liking people is a MUST! As a service professional you will be required to treat residential homes, interior, and exterior which will require customer interaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• High school or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

Nice To Haves

• Existing pest control license

Responsibilities

• Treating residential homes with Pest Control products.
• Interacting with customers throughout the day.
• Providing a great customer experience.
• Adapting to a changing daily schedule (e.g. canceled or added appointments).
