About The Position

As a Lead Pest Control Technician, you’ll guide and inspire our field team to deliver high-quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our core values: Hunting Skeeters, Building Leaders, Over-Communicating, Transparency, and putting People over Pests. We understand life is busy, so we offer consistent and predictable scheduling: Full-Time Position Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Our schedule works well for school drop-off and pick-up routines, and we communicate schedules clearly in advance. As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include leading a team of technicians in delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services, training new team members and reinforcing best practices in safety and service, driving to client homes and businesses and performing detailed property inspections, applying control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment, communicating with customers and ensuring they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal, supporting scheduling, route planning, and inventory management, and maintaining clean and organized equipment. You will represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride. Requirements

Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
