Pest Control Technician
About The Position
EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated Pest Control company established in 2015, is seeking individuals who are eager for personal and professional growth to join their expanding team. The company focuses on providing an excellent customer experience by keeping homes pest-free. As EnviroGuard grows, there are ample opportunities for team members to expand their roles and advance within the company. They are willing to train individuals with no prior experience in pest control, including assisting with state licensing, provided they are motivated and ready to learn. A key aspect of the role involves customer interaction, requiring enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Service professionals will treat residential homes, both interior and exterior, and are expected to build rapport with clients.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- High school or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in pest control is not required.
- Sales experience is not required, but commission is offered for sales.
Responsibilities
- Treat residential homes with Pest Control products (training provided).
- Interact with customers throughout the day, ensuring a positive experience.
- Adapt to a changing daily schedule due to appointment adjustments.
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
