We’re seeking a Part-time Pest Control Technician who excels in an autonomous outdoor environment, is committed to ensuring customer happiness, is passionate about building relationships, and takes immense pride in a job well done. Requirements

• Prior experience in a home services field
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
• A passion for taking ownership of results

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding pest and mosquito control services
• Learn and implement best practices in safety and service
• Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
• Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
• Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
• Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
