About The Position

We’re seeking a Part-time or Full-time Pest Control Technician who excels in an autonomous outdoor environment, is committed to ensuring customer happiness, is passionate about building relationships, and takes immense pride in a job well done. As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include: Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections. Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment. Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal. Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management. Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride.

Requirements

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
