About The Position

EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated Pest Control company founded in 2015, is seeking motivated individuals for growth within the company. We aim to provide an excellent customer experience by keeping homes pest-free. We are looking for individuals who are eager for personal growth and willing to learn, as there is ample opportunity to expand roles and advance within the company. We will provide all necessary training and assist with state licensing if needed. A key aspect of this role involves customer interaction, requiring enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills. As a Service Professional, you will treat residential homes, both interior and exterior, and be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• High school or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a background check
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

Nice To Haves

• Existing pest control knowledge
• Existing state licensing

Responsibilities

• Treat residential homes with Pest Control products (training provided).
• Interact with customers throughout the day.
• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Adapt to a changing daily schedule due to appointment modifications.
• Provide a great customer experience.
