Requirements
- Valid NJ Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Prior pest control or extermination experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify pest activity and entry points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized
- Comfortable working in various environments including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors
Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and conducive conditions
- Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatment solutions in accordance with safety regulations and label instructions
- Perform termite inspections and treatments, including liquid applications and baiting systems
- Develop and communicate integrated pest management (IPM) plans to customers
- Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and customer documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention and treatment options
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and chemical inventory
