About The Position

As a Field Technician in the General Pest Department at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to multi-family and commercial clients. Your role includes inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus.
Customer service experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment solutions.
Apply pest control treatments safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance strategies.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Follow safety protocols and use proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and provide recommendations.
Maintain and clean company-provided equipment and vehicles.
Stay updated on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and regulations.

Benefits

Full time
Monday-Friday with occasional opportunities for Saturday overtime
$17.50 - $20/hr. depending on experience
