About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience required.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

• Other types of in-home technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to identify pest issues and points of entry for insects and rodents.
• Perform pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections on customers' homes.
• Close sales by recommending appropriate services and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
• Occasionally travel to the warehouse for meetings, training, or restocking supplies.

• Wage comparable to $28 - $38 + / hour (base pay + servicing commissions + sales commissions + monthly bonuses)
