About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician in Atlanta, Georgia, to serve residential or commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This production-based position offers potential earnings and includes a company vehicle. Technicians travel on a service route, inspect residences and other areas—including attics and crawl spaces—to identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions conducive to pest problems. They develop and explain personalized solutions, build customer relationships, collect service payments, answer customer questions, and maintain their vehicle and equipment in proper operating condition. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
No prior experience is necessary; training is provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Provide residential or commercial pest control services using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach.
Travel a daily service route and inspect attics, crawl spaces, and other areas of residences.
Assess pest problems and identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
Devise and explain personalized pest control solutions to customers.
