You will be responsible for visiting customers, building trusting relationships, and providing solutions to keep homes and businesses pest-free. This includes greeting customers professionally, preparing customized treatments, documenting services, and offering recommendations for long-term protection. Efficiency between customers is key, maintaining focus and energy throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive, people-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work outdoors doing manual labor
• Ability to follow service routes
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
• A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
• Must be 21 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US
