About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. This position will have you perform pest control in the American Fork, Utah area. You will be operating remotely from our Orem, UT office. New Hire training will be conducted in Orem, Utah for at least one week.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience required.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

• Previous experience in pest control.
• Previous experience in HVAC.
• Previous experience in solar.
• Previous experience in internet or cable sales/installation.
• Previous experience running an independent route.
• Other types of in-home technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to identify pest issues.
• Treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections.
• Close sales and provide strategic recommendations to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
• Operate remotely from the Orem, UT office and service the American Fork, Utah area.
