About The Position

F&W Pest Control of MA is looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Pest Control Technician. This is a position for those with little-to-no previous experience in the pest control industry, though prior experience is always welcome. This role offers the opportunity to learn a trade, grow your career, and expand your financial opportunities. As a Pest Control Technician, you are the face of our company, and your primary focus is to exceed customer expectations! As a representative of our service team, you will build relationships with our customers, perform pest control related functions, and schedule and run your own route!

Requirements

No Experience Required – we will train you!
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the pest control industry is always welcome.

Responsibilities

Serve as a problem solver for your customers by combining the in-depth training provided and attention to detail to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and practice customer service skills by discussing additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program
Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, allow flexibility with customer and weather-related factors and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s home
Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
