About The Position

Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is seeking motivated individuals to join their pest control team as Technicians. This role involves inspecting homes and businesses to identify pest concerns, executing specialized pest management treatment plans, recommending preventative solutions, and educating customers on treatment plans and best practices. The technician will travel to customer appointments, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the company's mission of creating healthier, safer environments. No prior experience is necessary as full training is provided. The company emphasizes a career-focused environment with opportunities for development and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma OR GED
• Must meet company vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements, including a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experienced using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (if not already held).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands-on customer service roles is preferred.
