Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors and in different environments
Nice To Haves
- Pest control or route-based service experience
- Active pest control license
Responsibilities
- Complete daily service routes at residential and commercial properties
- Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply effective treatments
- Educate customers and provide top-tier service during every visit
- Follow all safety, compliance, and product usage guidelines
- Maintain your company vehicle and equipment
- Generate leads for additional services (paid bonuses)
