About The Position

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. Stark Exterminators is part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands. We have been a family-owned and operated business since our start in 1964. Over the years, we have grown rapidly, and we now have the privilege of servicing 12 states. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Valid driver's license
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM).
Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess any problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
Devise and describe a personalized solution to customers.
Collect service payments from customers.
Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
