Our Pest Control Technicians are highly trained, licensed, and skilled individuals who solve pest problems from simple to complex scenarios. They may work exclusively with food manufacturers, distributors, pharmaceutical and food grade clients. After extensive paid training, technicians work independently with support from colleagues, management, and the office team.

Requirements

• Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using technology in a work environment, handheld, apps, Google suite - gmail, calendar and g-drive a plus
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of pest control
• Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity.
• Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence.
• Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Build relationships with clients through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior.
• Listen to client needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Identify and alert clients of additional service offerings that will provide value.
• Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services.
• Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry.
• Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
