Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.
