About The Position

HomeTeam Pest Control Technicians provide customer service to homeowners while independently completing assigned service routes. The role includes diagnosing pest issues, discussing potential additional services or products, maintaining a professional appearance and tidy company vehicle, equipment, and uniform, and submitting accurate service tickets. Technicians must maintain their pest control license and regularly attend pest control seminars. Occasional Saturday work may be required to finish the weekly route.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners while working an assigned route.
• Maintain a professional, tidy appearance, including the company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain a pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
