About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns while exemplifying excellent customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and providing strategic recommendations. Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience required.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations and points of entry for insects and rodents.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for pest issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
• Offer additional services to help keep customers pest-free.
• Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day.
• Build relationships with customers by servicing the same customers regularly.
• Close sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
• Occasionally travel to the warehouse for meetings, training, or restocking.
