Requirements

  • A problem solver who likes working independently
  • Comfortable talking with customers
  • Dependable, organized, and safety-minded
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Willing and able to obtain required state licensing (we pay for it!)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and be on your feet throughout the day
  • A safe driver with a valid driver’s license (clean driving history required)
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Background checks and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity
  • Diagnose issues and recommend solutions
  • Apply pest control products and follow all safety guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with customers about what you found and what you recommend
  • Document services on your route
  • Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, in all seasons
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle once certified
