About The Position
Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide uncompromised service to Arrow's residential and commercial wildlife control customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. Exclusion includes sealing, caulking, or installation of sheet metal to soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, voids etc. This work is often done from rooftops or ladders and may require basic carpentry.
Requirements
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess a current Driver License's in the state where you work, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities
- Identify, remove, prevent, or repair anything damaged by wildlife.
- Conduct in-depth inspections of customer homes to find the source of the issue.
- Determine the best solution and explain next steps to the customer.
- Perform exclusion, trapping, or removal services.
- Collect payment due and propose additional services.
- Run and schedule own services.
