About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial pest control clients using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This hourly-paid position includes a company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be a hero to customers, building lasting relationships by determining and applying prescribed treatments for wood-destroying organisms, preparing sites, and utilizing various techniques such as bait station installation, trenching, drilling, and spray applications. You will also handle service payments and customer inquiries, ensuring your equipment and vehicle are always in optimal condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM)
  • Determine prescribed treatment as marked on inspection graph and specification sheet
  • Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed
  • Apply any of the following wood destroying organism treatments and techniques to customers' buildings and structures
  • Install Termite bait station (Sentricon) with auger and digging tools
  • Trench and apply liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters of structures
  • Drill and apply liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in the crawl spaces and structures
  • Perform spray application of product to affected areas
  • Collect service payments from customers
  • Answer customer questions
  • Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times
