About The Position

As an Exclusion & Additional Services Technician with Mira Home, you'll handle the jobs that go beyond routine pest control: rodent exclusion, attic and crawl space work, cockroach elimination, and bed bug treatments. This role is built for a technician who brings real field experience and takes pride in solving complex problems the right way.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in rodent trapping and exclusion.
Comfortable working on extension ladders up to 30 feet, in attics and crawl spaces, and performing roof-level work.
Minimum 1 year of experience in German cockroach control and bed bug elimination.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment in demanding environments.
Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Identify and seal entry points to prevent rodent and pest intrusion, including roof-level and structural work.
Set, monitor, and service trapping programs for active infestations.
Execute targeted German cockroach and bed bug elimination programs with precision.
Conduct inspections and treatments in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces.
Record pest activity, entry points, treatment details, and follow-up recommendations after each appointment.
