Pest Control Technician Apprentice
About The Position
Kapture Pest Control is a young and rapidly growing pest control business in North Jersey seeking to add an apprentice to their team. They do not require prior pest control experience and welcome individuals with backgrounds as service technicians, general laborers, or any role requiring hard work. Mechanical inclination is a plus. The company is committed to providing amazing career opportunities and is looking for a self-motivated apprentice. They are prepared to train individuals regardless of their prior knowledge of pest control or chemistry. Once trained, they will provide support for career advancement.
Requirements
- Self-motivated

- Not afraid of hard work
- Mechanically inclined (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Servicing clients in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshooting pest control infestations and finding solutions.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Providing amazing service.
- Listening to clients to identify pest control challenges.
- Explaining how treatments can solve client issues.
