About The Position

This role offers opportunities as a Pest Control Technician and a Lights Installer, with both full-time and part-time positions available. The Lights Installer role is seasonal, focusing on holiday lights, but permanent light installation is available year-round. The Pest Control Technician role can be a year-round opportunity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid driver's license
Be extremely reliable, dependable, and willing to work long daily shifts and weekends, during peak installation times, in potentially cold weather (Lights Installer)
Be extremely comfortable on a ladder, manlift, and roof, with no fear of heights (Lights Installer)
Be comfortable driving throughout the workday
Enjoy working outdoors
Be energetic and extraordinarily hardworking
Possess excellent communication & customer service skills
Excel in a position of independence & responsibility
Be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs (Pest Control)
Be energetic, very hardworking, & extremely reliable (Pest Control)
Must have Commercial Applicator license and passed the Sections 10A, 10D, and 7 category exams or be willing to become licensed (Pest Control)

Responsibilities

Travel to each client's home or business
Install the holiday or permanent lights to the exterior of the home or business
Maintain the holiday lights, if necessary, throughout the holiday season
Uninstall the holiday lights at the end of the holiday season
Participate in marketing initiatives
Survey each property (Pest Control)
Treat standing water with larvicide (Pest Control)
Apply a barrier treatment to the surrounding landscaping using a backpack sprayer (Pest Control)
