About The Position

This is a year-round Pest Control Supervisor position requiring F1 and F2 licenses in New Hampshire. The role involves leading a team of technicians, training them on pest control techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Responsibilities include quality control, customer service, scheduling, logistics, problem-solving, and ensuring safety compliance. The job offers variety with different pests and seasons, from mosquitoes and ticks in warmer months to rodents and overwintering pests in colder months. Requirements

  • Must hold valid F1 and F2 Supervisor licenses in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, basements, outdoors, at heights).
  • Must wear protective gear and a uniform.
  • Must be able to handle seasonal weather extremes.
  • Must have proven experience in pest control covering multiple pest categories (mosquitoes, rodents, ants, wasps, etc.).
  • Must have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to obtain additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, training, and motivating a team of technicians to control various pests.
  • Training new technicians on proper application techniques, integrated pest management (IPM), safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Conducting field inspections, ride-alongs, and quality checks to ensure treatment quality.
  • Representing the brand with professionalism and fostering a fun, positive team culture.
  • Coordinating daily routes, managing appointments, and ensuring teams have necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Acting as the point person for resolving pest issues, customer concerns, and team questions.
  • Ensuring all team members follow safety protocols, use protective equipment, and comply with state regulations.
  • Adapting focus to seasonal pest challenges, such as mosquitoes, ticks, stinging insects, rodents, and overwintering pests.
  • Communicating effectively between the field crew and the local office to ensure smooth operations.
