About The Position

BUG ZERO INC is seeking Pest Control Service Technicians to build rewarding careers while helping protect homes and businesses across the Ozarks. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and getting out of the office every day. No pest control experience is required as full paid training is provided to help you build a long-term career. Technicians will drive directly from home to their first appointment in a company vehicle, inspect homes and businesses for pest issues, educate customers and recommend solutions, perform professional pest treatments, build long-term relationships with recurring customers, use a company-issued iPad to complete work orders, and maintain their vehicle, equipment, and materials. No two days are the same, and you won't be stuck behind a desk.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor weather conditions
Ability to kneel, bend, climb, crawl, and lift as needed
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical ability test
