About The Position

Pest USA is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Pest Control Route Technicians. This role involves hands-on field work, solving pest and termite control problems for homes and businesses. Technicians will be trained to handle routine pest prevention and specialized termite control, gaining valuable skills and certifications. The position requires flexibility to support the team wherever needed, self-management of schedules, organization, and excellent customer care. Daily tasks include reviewing schedules, checking equipment, stocking vehicles, and performing services according to company standards and customer contracts. There are opportunities to identify additional service needs, provide quotes, and recommend solutions, which can lead to increased earnings through incentives. Attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are essential for inspecting various property types, including attics and crawlspaces. Technicians are responsible for maintaining their company vehicle, tools, and equipment, prioritizing safety on every job.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to spend time on feet, crawling, climbing, and inspecting hard-to-reach spaces
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a background check
• Provide a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)

Responsibilities

• Review daily schedule and prepare for service calls.
• Check and stock company vehicle with necessary equipment and products.
• Locate, evaluate, and scan bait stations (on termite routes).
• Measure property dimensions and log all products used on-site.
• Graph homes and operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Perform services according to company standards and customer contracts.
• Identify additional service needs and provide quotes to customers.
• Recommend solutions to customers for pest and termite issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and findings.
• Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and various property types.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and compliance for inspections.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.
• Prioritize and ensure safety on every job site.
