Saela Pest Control is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as a Pest Control Inspector. This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job. Requirements

Comfortable accessing attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and tight spaces
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service

Responsibilities

Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers
Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes
Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed
Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions
Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals
Build long-term customer relationships
Manage your schedule and follow-up activities
Deliver exceptional customer service
Meet monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team
