About The Position

We’re a local, veteran-owned, family-run company looking for someone dependable who takes pride in doing things the right way. This isn’t just a “spray and go” job. You’ll be solving real problems for homeowners, building relationships, and becoming someone customers trust. You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to show up, work hard, and care about doing a great job. This is a full-time role with consistent hours, with flexibility depending on season and schedule. You’ll stay active and work outdoors instead of being stuck behind a desk. You’ll actually see the impact of your work on customers’ homes and lives. You’ll have a clear path to grow into a lead technician or operations role. You’ll be part of a small team where your work actually matters.

Requirements

Someone reliable who shows up and does what they say they’ll do
Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical job
Strong communicator who can talk to customers like a real person
Problem solver who doesn’t need constant direction
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, construction, or another hands-on field is a big plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Treat residential and business properties for mosquitoes, ants, spiders, and other pests
Walk properties, spot issues, and make smart decisions on treatments
Talk with customers in a way that builds trust
Run your route efficiently and take ownership of your day
Help train newer technicians as you grow into a lead role
Keep your equipment, vehicle, and materials organized and ready
Supporting local marketing efforts by distributing yard signs or door hangers
