About The Position

We are looking for a professional to act as an SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Functional Consultant with a focus on SAP SD, LE, and LE-TRA modules. This role will be responsible for the implementation, support, and evolution of SAP solutions for Supply Chain and Logistics processes. The consultant will support implementation initiatives, upgrades, rollouts, and continuous improvements in SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring alignment with business processes, system integrations, and compliance with Brazilian legislation.

Requirements

  • Functional experience with SAP SD.
  • Experience with SAP DRC.
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade, Implementation, and Rollout projects.
  • Experience in SAP Supply Chain with a focus on OTC (SD)/LES.
  • Participation in at least 1 complete SAP implementation (full lifecycle).
  • Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (LE-TRA).
  • Experience with SAP integrations and other applications.
  • Knowledge in SAP Localization Brazil.
  • Knowledge in NFe.
  • Experience with improvements in sales processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise.
  • Experience with SAP Notes.
  • Experience in unit, integrated, and UAT tests.
  • Experience with Hypercare support and stabilization.
  • Ability to work with multiple global teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, costs, and deliveries while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Ability to understand business processes from the client's perspective.
  • Knowledge in Sovos, One Source, or Easyway.
  • Completed graduation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Act functionally in SAP SD, LE, and LE-TRA modules.
  • Conduct activities related to the OTC (Order to Cash) process.
  • Facilitate implementations and support of SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation Management solutions.
  • Support improvements in sales and logistics processes.
  • Work with SAP integrations and other corporate applications.
  • Act on Blueprint requirements and back-to-standard initiatives for SAP Localization Brazil.
  • Perform SAP parameterizations and configurations (Customizing/Settings).
  • Support Basis and ABAP teams in implementing SAP Notes.
  • Execute unit, integrated, and support business/UAT tests.
  • Support stakeholders and key users during all project phases.
  • Deliver training to key users.
  • Act in Hypercare support and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Resolve incidents and problems reported by business users.
  • Ensure deliveries related to SAP improvements and upgrades.
  • Review solutions proposed by the team and suggest improvements.
  • Work proactively in identifying and resolving recurring problems.
  • Act as a functional reference in specific OTC domain processes.
  • Work together with global and multidisciplinary teams in different regions.
